The Laguna Foundation works to improve the ecological health of the Laguna de Santa Rosa, Sonoma County’s richest wildlife area, and to inspire appreciation and enjoyment of this unique natural treasure. We are a collaborative, “big tent” organization, partnering with the conservation, business, agricultural, education and scientific communities to advance our mission.
The Foundation’s programs restore and enhance wildlife habitat, provide classroom and outdoor learning experiences for school children, conduct scientific research to inform public policy, restoration and education activities, and create opportunities for the public to experience the Laguna’s wonders.
